His new recording project Eirie is out now.

Contemplating life in isolation Balbi concedes, “It allowed me to sit back, slow down, and take stock. What became clear to me is what really matters. Simply speaking, family, friends, and creativity encompass my universe. So, I went back to basics, inspired to make a body of work that echoes the music that illuminated my childhood. Maybe it’s the opposite of what seems to be popular right now. Even so, I love it more. Well, I think I know, for sure.”
